The new experiment satellite was carried into orbit by China’s Long March-6 carrier rocket, which was launched on Tuesday.
At 11:18 a.m., Beijing Time, a rocket that was carrying the Shiyan-25 experiment satellite successfully launched from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in the province of Shanxi, which is located in northern China. The satellite was able to enter the desired orbit with no problems.
Experiments in cutting-edge Earth observation technologies are going to be the primary focus of this satellite’s mission. The Long March rocket series had just completed its 477th flying mission when this one took off.
